Breathing to relax and reduce stress

We all breathe, breathing keep us alive. But the everyday stress, running from one place to other, fixing, arranging, worrying and multitasking makes us often breathe shallow, fast and not regular .

It's Spring. The sun comes more often and days are longer. Scientif research tells us that day/sunlight is good for us, but that doesn't mean perse that we feel better too. Sometimes it's stress, the situation at home or other causes are to intensive to get enough energy out of daylight.  A common reason for lack of daylight is the amount of hours we sit inside. Think about it; how many times do you go outside during working days?

It stretches beautifully your body , boost circulation and combined with deep,easy breathing takes away the stress and tension. Perfect position for small breaks during a busy day or after long day at the office.

Legs Up the Wall it's a  inverted pose ,great for legs,spine,feet, hips and nervous system.
I love it and I do it daily , it's the easiest way for me to take a break,calm down and feel relaxed.
